- daily production of about 400 thousand pieces, equal to approx. 1.800 m²/day of total plating surface.

- Introduction of trivalent chromium in the electrodeposition process.
- New chemical treatment technology able to provide complete elimination of hexavalent chromium.
- Introduction of anthropomorphic robotic technologies in loading department for raw parts’ automatically placing on production tool.
- Unlimited number of colors obtainable, in order to satisfy any kind of specific customer’s need with the goal to enter in new markets through our thirty years of experience.

Shiny, matt and velour galvanic finishes.
Currently, Cromoplastica Cmc Plating on Plastic is the only company capable of supplying fully industrialized productions of up to 50 different galvanic treatments, against an average of 6 to 8 finishes of our competitors.- There are also 9 colors with green technology to offer our customers new eco-sustainable decoration solutions for their plastic items. These finishes use Trivalent Chrome, Ice Chrome, Titan, and Eclipse, available in shiny, matt and velour versions.
Our production facilities allow to work not only small items with a surface of 0.5 cm² but also big pieces up to 20.000 cm², maintaining same quality standards.
All our plus and quality standards are available at lower average rates and with a better quality-price ratio compared to our competitors.
Selective galvanic treatment - Galvanic finishes of selective plastic.
We are able to apply plating process only to some area of the piece, faithfully leaving the initial aspect of the item where galvanized deposit is not needed.
